Introduction:

This program is designed to be used wherever you live. It is designed to create a special and customized

landscape plan unique to your situation and “to do it right the first time”. As your Coach, I will guide you through the design process, answer any questions and to make sure no costly mistakes are made, that years down the road, could create problems for you.

Program Elements:


  • Determine your landscape “style”. What is your maintenance commitment level?
  • How do you use your property? We use a simple bubble diagram to identify areas in your yard for play, relaxing, entertaining, grilling, vegetable gardening, etc.
  • What is your budget? Can phasing of the work be an option? I do want to create a Master Plan so that you always have a reference no matter what stage of work you are in.
  • Are you a DIY’er or do we need to create an estimate sheet for competitive bids?
  • The use of Zoom calls to discuss your ideas.
  • I will ask for a list from each of you (or just you) of your goals and must haves for the landscape.
  • Provide pictures of the house and yard.
  • Provide a plot plan, mortgage survey or drawing of your house and property lines showing how the house sits on the lot.


Cost:


  • This is a flat fee process, so there aren’t any surprises when it comes to the billing for services
  • The flat fee is determined by the scope of the work you need
  • The fee ranges from $300-$500 and that’s it!
  • Most of the time this fee can be recouped by securing more than one bid, whereby you get the best price.


Product:


  • All products/drawings are digital. This allows you to produce any size drawing. Typically a ledger size (11” x 17”) is large enough. But you may opt for an Arch C (18” x 24”) or Arch D (24” x 36”) drawing size.
  • The product will include a color plan drawing, a perspective or two and a plant list with recommended plant size at time of purchase.
  • Time frame for completion is generally within 1-2 weeks
